A Night of New Year's Eve-il

A Night of New Year's Eve-il was a Toonami New Year's marathon that ran from 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM on January 1, 2002. From December 3-7, 2001, Toonami held a fan poll on toonami.com where fans voted for their favorite villain from a list of 25 candidates and the top seven vote receiving villains' series were selected.^[2] Majin Buu, from Dragon Ball Z, was voted the winner of the poll by the fans online, recieving 46,276 votes.

This marked the second Toonami New Year's special preceded by New Year's Evil and followed by Naruto Year's Eve and New Year's Eve's Eve.
