Dr. Lychee may be the last of the Tuffle people, a race that was completely wiped out some time ago by the Saiyans. He now plans to take revenge on the remaining Saiyans, Goku, Vegeta, Trunks, and Gohan. He creates a machine that will emit Destron, a gas that could destroy all life on Earth. The Saiyans, plus Piccolo, only have 72 hours to destroy these machines and find Dr. Lychee. |

Eventually everyone but Goku is defeated; however, Gohan arrives and easily dispatches one of Turles' henchmen. Taking notice of Gohan's saiyan strength, Turles offers Gohan the chance to join him. When Gohan refuses, Turles moves to kill Gohan. However, Piccolo intervenes but is himself dispatched by Turles. Noticing Gohan's regrown tail, Turles forces his transformation into a great ape and sets him onto Goku who is able to cut Gohan's tail off. | ||||
