Peter Claver Cullen (born July 28, 1941) is an American voice actor who served as an announcer for Toonami during most of it's run, being referred to as the "Big Guy" until the cancellation of the block in 2008. When the block returned in 2012, TOM and SARA took over the announcing roles.

The most prominent characters he has voiced in his career are Eeyore from the Winnie-the-Pooh franchise and Optimus Prime (as well as Ironhide) in the original 1980s Transformers animated series. More recently, he has reprised his role as Optimus Prime in Michael Bay's live-action Transformers film series, as well as the video games;" Transformers: War for Cybertron and Transformers: Fall of Cybertron, and the TV series, Transformers: Prime. He returned as Optimus Prime in Cartoon Network's animated series Transformers: Robots in Disguise. In 2018, he reprised his role as Optimus Prime for the movie Bumblebee.
