The Ghost Planet Spaceship (GPS) Absolution Mk. XIV is the 4th incarnation of the Absolution of Toonami, used since March 19, 2022.

History[]

Background[]

While the history and origin of the ship is unknown; it is confirmed to be an upgraded version of the original Absolution, complete with a "phantom echo" of SARA's original A.I. matrix core, sent back in time from 250 years in the future. It is unknown why it was sent to the past or why it arrived at the Forge. While investigating the ship, TOM 6 and SARA v4 were finally able to leave the Forge when the Absolution departed from the base on its own.

Currently, the Mk. XIV is traveling on autopilot to a preprogrammed destination. Though the ship's first mission appears to have been the rescue of TOM and SARA from the Forge; where they were trapped for nearly three years after giving the Vindication to the Yellow TOM Units. SARA is currently trying to decipher the message left with the phantom echo of SARA v1's data core which remains within the vessel. It is currently unknown who upgraded and sent the vessel back in time.

On-Board[]

Game Room[]

The Game Room debuted on March 18, 2023 during the Cult of the Lamb game review. The room is similar in appearance to the original Absolution's media chamber. The room hosts 1 large video monitor at the end of a long raised bridge and a chair that raises out of the bridge right in front of the monitor. There is also a large panoramic window on one side of the room. During reviews, TOM sits in the chair facing the video monitor while SARA floats close by.
