The Toonami 5 Year Anniversary was celebrated on Friday, March 15, 2002, two days before the actual 5 year anniversary (March 17, 2002), with a special airing of Blue Submarine No. 6 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM. The celebration then concluded with the Toonami crew's favorite episode of Dragon Ball Z.[1][2]
