The following is the complete list of Saturday Toonami lineups that were broadcast on Cartoon Network from July 19, 1997 to October 3, 1998. The Saturday block aired from 7:00-9:00 PM from July 19, 1997 to July 4, 1998 and 1:00-3:00 PM from July 11, 1998 to October 3, 1998. Toonami was added to Saturdays a few months after the weekday afternoon block premiered (March 17, 1997) and acted as an extension of the block, with the same lineup and episodes aired in order. For example, if episode 1 of a series aired on Friday, episode 2 would air on Saturday, and then episode 3 would air on Monday.

This remained true until June 1, 1998 when Sailor Moon premiered on the weekday block. That Saturday (June 6th), Thundercats was added to the Saturday block, marking the first time the two blocks had different lineups. Sailor Moon was eventually added to Saturdays on July 11th and this marked the final time the two schedules mirrored each other. All remaining Saturday lineups differed from the weekday schedule. The Saturday block aired for the final time on October 3, 1998.
