Well, Outlaw Star is getting close to ending on Toonami with only 3 episodes left, and Cowboy Bebop will also be ending soon afterwards on Toonami with only 5 episodes left.
I wonder what they're gonna replace them with.
I don't know about you guys, but personally I just soooo reeeeaally need my Yu-Yu-Hakusho Uncut in HD on Toonami. I don't care how old Yu-Yu-Hakusho is. They brought back Outlaw Star Uncut in HD, and brought back Cowboy Bebop Uncut in HD. So why can't they do the same for Yu-Yu-Hakusho? Bring back Yu-Yu-Hakusho Uncut in HD.
Plus, when Yu-Yu-Hakusho was airing on Toonami on Cartoon Network in its Edited format, they never gave it a full run back then. I remember that it aired until like Sat. January 8, 2005 (which was when the final new episode aired) and we were in the middle of the Chapter Black Saga in the middle of Yusuke's fight with Shinobu Sensui, and then the following week afterwards, Sat. January 15, 2005, for some dumb reason or another, they decided to restart the series back from Episode 1. And then it ran from like the first 7 Episodes until Sat. March 5, 2005 when they decided to cancel it for good, and replaced it with stupid old Zatch Bell. Needless to say, I never was a fan of Zatch Bell, and I was always mad that it was the show that permanently gave Yu-Yu-Hakusho the boot from Toonami on Cartoon Network.
That's why I want Yu-Yu-Hakusho to make a return to Toonami, and now since they're on Adult Swim, they can air it Uncut and in HD, and hopefully give it a full run starting from Episode 1 until the final episode.
And I wouldn't exactly call Yu-Yu-Hakusho a long-runner either. It only has 112 Episodes total, and there are plenty of other Shonen series that are a lot longer too.
Anyways, sorry about my ranting, but I just wanted to get all of that off my chest.
Anyways, go on and start speculating about Outlaw Star's replacement, as well as Cowboy Bebop's replacement.
